  1. Submit Your Project Details: Please initiate the process by filling out our quote form. For an accurate assessment, include a clear picture of your project. Feel free to email additional pictures if necessary.
  2. Receive a Ballpark Range: Within 5 business days, Springwood Upholstery will respond with a preliminary ballpark range for your project.
  3. Explore Fabric Options: Should you decide to proceed, the next step involves selecting the perfect fabric for your project. This can be accomplished through various avenues:
    • In-Studio Fabric Consultation: Schedule a one-hour session at our studio to explore fabric options in person.
    • Online Fabric Viewing: Receive curated links to browse our selection of premium fabrics from trusted vendors in the comfort of your home.
    • In-Home Consultation (Optional): For a fee, we offer the convenience of an in-home consultation.
  4. Final Estimate After Fabric Selection: Once the fabric is chosen, a detailed and final estimate will be provided. This estimate is valid for 30 days, ensuring you have ample time to make an informed decision.
  5. Schedule Your Project: To kickstart your project, a 50% deposit is required. Once received, we will schedule your project and order materials.
